TV personality and model, Christine McGuinness, has spoken about one of the things that brought her the most comfort as she coped with undiagnosed autism – her favourite hoodie.
The 35-year-old was only diagnosed with autism two years ago – but says she struggled for many years with anxiety when coping with change.
And when facing unfamiliar situations, Christine said she relied on certain beloved items of clothing to give her familiarity and consistency.
