Christine McGuinness 'happy and free' as she issues advice to fans

Christine McGuinness said she's feeling "happy and free" after jetting off on holiday.

The former Miss Liverpool issued some advice to her 710,000 followers on Instagram after travelling abroad on Monday. The 35-year-old separated from Paddy McGuinness last July after 15 years together.

Christine and Paddy remain on positive terms as they still live in the same house in order to retain a stable environment for the sake of their three children, Felicity, Leo and Penelope, who have autism.
