Christine McGuinness caused concern and confusion among her followers with her latest Instagram post. Many feared Christine had undergone an 'extreme' makeover after posting an image to her page of her looking rather different.
The image appeared to suggest she had had extreme work done to her face - with many quick to comment with laughing emojis or confused responses. Posting to her 711,000 following on Instagram, she captioned the image: "Just been to Golden Modification Aesthetics thanks for the great work!"
However it seems the post is just a hilarious disguise as part of has participation in a new show. Christine, who split from husband Paddy last summer, is currently taking part in a new series of Channel 4's Celebrity Hunted, Lancs Live reports.
The 35-year-old Blackpool-born model is teamed up with former Blue singer Duncan James on the show, where they will be trying to avoid being captured by the hunters while raising money for Stand Up to Cancer.
Earlier this week their mugshots were released as part of a 'wanted' appeal.
Christine's followers were quick to make the connection, with some posting about her involvement in the show.
