Christine McGuinness has told fans she's feeling "a little lost" as she gets used to life after splitting up from her husband, Paddy.
The mum-of-three, 34, and the Top Gear host, 49, announced they'd called time on their 11-year marriage last month.
The Games star has since posted a number of happy snaps of herself - but one of her recent Instagram posts is a little more measured.
The stunning star shared a snap of a pink street sign, which read: "You'll always feel a little lost right before you find yourself."
Christine also posted vids of her enjoying a "solo sunset" and being joined by a "lonely bird" on the banks of the River Thames.
However, she also shared a clip of her enjoying a game of darts on a night out while posing happily for a snap in the street.
The blonde bombshell appears to be trying to make the best of what must be an incredibly difficult situation.
However, tragedy struck the model last month when she revealed she'd lost her beloved nan.
The model, who had been enjoying a holiday in Devon following the breakdown of her marriage, admitted that life was "unpredictable".
Sharing the sad news with fans, she wrote: "My Nan, the one with the words of wisdom, joined my grandad in heaven last week and it's hit me harder than I ever imagined.
"Then my dad turned 60... if you have read my story you will understand why this is huge, I can't help but wonder how he made it this far.
"But I'm so grateful he is still here, even with his struggles, I'm thankful for that.
"I know I'm being quieter on here, I hope to be back properly soon.
"I'm just needing some time out, thinking lots, life is short, unpredictable and sometimes crazy."
Christine's ex Paddy has been throwing himself into work since the split filming for BBC's Top Gear.
The star, who turned 49 this month told fans he had to scrap his birthday plans since he split from his wife.
Taking to Instagram, he wrote: "“It’s my birthday this weekend, August 14th, the big 4-9 - but I don't like to talk about it.
"I thought I'd get in the garden with the kids, fill the paddling pool up and whack on the barbie - but obviously all that's out the window now."
