Brentford boss Thomas Frank has confirmed Christian Eriksen will play for the Bees against Newcastle this weekend.
The Danish midfielder suffered cardiac arrest while playing for his national side at Euro2020 and left Inter Milan as a result, the Serie A prohibits players with implantable cardioverter-defibrillators from playing.
The 30-year-old is yet to play a competitive fixture since collapsing at the Euros but signed a short term deal with the Bees until the end of the season.

The former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder has played two friendlies for the Bees, against Southend United and Rangers.
Frank refused to say whether Eriksen would start, or whether he'd make an appearance from the bench.
He told reporters: "I have to leave it on a bit of a cliffhanger!
"Christian will be in the squad and he will get on the pitch tomorrow.
"It’s a big day for all of us but especially Christian and his family."
Brentford will be hoping that they're able to end their torrid run of form at Newcastle's expense this weekend.
The Bees have not won in the Premier League since January 2, with a win against Aston Villa. Their poor form has seen them plummet towards the relegation zone.
