Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton believes Brighton were "the better team" during their FA Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester United on Sunday.
The Seagulls face Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Wednesday as they look to bounce back from their loss to the Red Devils on penalties. Solly March was the unlucky player to miss in the shootout as Victor Lindelof stayed cool to put the Red Devils into the final against rivals Manchester City.
Steve Cooper's side will be looking to capitalise on any potential disappointment Brighton may still be feeling as the Reds seek a first win since beating Leeds back in February. Forest currently sit second from bottom in the Premier League table.

But Sutton believes the Reds' winless run will stretch to 12 matches when they face Brighton. He's gone with a 2-1 win for Roberto de Zerbi's team.
"Nottingham Forest showed a bit of fight against Liverpool at the weekend but still left Anfield empty-handed," he told BBC Sport. "It is going to be just as hard for them to get anything from this game.
"Brighton are going to have to pick themselves up after the disappointment of their FA Cup semi-final penalty shootout defeat, but I thought they were the better team against Manchester United at Wembley.
"I've got to say that, while I admire what Arsenal and Manchester City have done this season, the Seagulls under Roberto de Zerbi are my favourite team to watch, with the confidence they show and the risks they take.
"All the Seagulls players have a great understanding of their team's patterns of play and, while they might be feeling a bit flat after the weekend, I think they will be too good for Forest."
