Chris Sutton says Ange Postecoglou has 'unfinished business' at Celtic and wouldn't leave his current job for the vacant Brighton post.
The Aussie boss has been named as a 'strong contender' on a list of targets for the Seagulls as they seek a new manager following Graham Potter's decision to depart the club to take over the top job at Chelsea after Thomas Tuchel was axed.
The 57-year-old has attracted plaudits from a number of pundits over his Angeball style approach. The Hoops have been on fire domestically scoring 25 goals in six league outings, boasting a 100 per cent record. In Europe they gave Real Madrid a real test for an hour before the European champions turned the screw and claimed a 3-0 win after upping the ante.

Last night, Celtic left their clash with Shakhtar Donetsk disappointed with a 1-1 draw after being in total control of the Champions League showdown - but unable to grab that killer second goal while heavily on top.
Postecoglou's approach to setting up his team, dealing with the media and beyond continues to attract praise from wide and far. Sutton knows the day will come that he moves on from the Scottish champions but for now, he knows the boss is building something special and won't jump ship.
Speaking on BT Sport, Sutton said: "Eventually Ange Posteocoglou will move on.
"But at this moment in time I think we all feel he is building something special at Celtic.
"There is that connection with the fans and he speaks brilliantly. It's unfinished business at this moment in time.
"He's building a squad and a team and it is a really brilliant team to watch."
Agreeing with Sutton that there is no chance of him leaving the Scottish champions at this time, former Celtic No2 and defender Johan Mjallby added: "Yeah I do. So far he has been brilliant for Celtic football club.
"Not only as a manager and as a coach but the recruitment has been spot on.
"He looks very, very exciting going forward."
