Chorlton pizza spot Double Zero is opening a brand new branch in the middle of the city. The new restaurant will be on Fountain Street, the owners confirmed in a post to Instagram.
“We're really happy to share with all our customers that we will be expanding to Fonuntain Street in Manchester City Centre,” they said.
“We are over the moon and will be giving you updates on when we will be opening at some point over the coming months and we simply can't wait.

Known for its Neapolitan style pizza, Double Zero - named after the specialist pizza flour that makes the best dough - has long been rated among the best pizzerias in the city.
First opening in 2015 on Barlow Moor Road, the restaurant boasts a wood-fired Stefano Ferrera oven, shipped in from Naples. As well as the classic margheritas and marinaras, Double Zero is also known for its mezzaluna (or ‘half moon’), which is half pizza half folded calzone.
The spot is also known for being BYOB, but it’s not yet known whether the new branch will be offering a ‘bring your own’ policy.
