Noodle bar Chopstix is to open its second store in Cardiff city centre. The Pan Asian chain has been a popular fixture on the capital's main shopping street, Queen Street, for years but is now set to expand by opening a new branch in St David's Shopping Centre.
The new restaurant is opening on Monday, July 4, and will replace baked potato chain SpudULike in the busy shopping centre. It will be Chopstix's 75th store in the UK and its fourth in Wales, with locations in Bridgend and Swansea, the latter of which opened in November last year.
The chain specialises in "delivering fresh, nutritious and tasty Pan Asian meals made from the best ingredients", with 'Wok Masters' serving up a range of fresh dishes in front of customers.
