Chloe Madeley has opened up about her postpartum journey as she shared a series of before and after snaps.
The daughter of Richard and Judy, 35, welcomed her first child, daughter Bodhi Rae Georgia Haskell, via C-section, on August 10 with her husband James Haskell.
On Tuesday afternoon, just six weeks after giving birth, Chloe took to her Instagram page to open up about feeling 'jealous' and thinking she'd 'never feel sexy again'.
The fitness guru posed both from the front and the side for the snaps, and shared shots of herself at 40 weeks pregnant, as well as one-two weeks and three-four weeks after.
Chloe also shared her workout plans and reminded people that no two persons' pregnancies are the same.
"When I was discharged from hospital after an emergency C-Section, I was green-lit 5-10minute daily walks and encouraged to climb a set of stairs once a day, for 2 weeks," she said.
And now, six weeks later, her 'incision finally stopped aching' and she started body weight and balance exercises.
Chloe, in the comment section, also listed all the things she learned throughout her journey.
"Some days you don’t know how you’re even going to finish writing a text, let alone work or go for a walk (still there)," she said.
"The bleeding and the breast leakage can get so tiresome that you cry because you just want to sit with nothing on for a few minutes (still there)!
"You can’t ever imagine feeling sexy again (still there).
"Sometimes you just sit and stare even though you have a f**k ton of work to do (still there)."
Chloe added: "You look at other women in nice normal clothes and rocket launch into undiluted envy. F**k it, jealousy. I’m jealous ok."
She went on to gush over her husband, saying: "Your life changes close to 100%. Your partners closer to 50%. Even when they are INCREDIBLE like mine is."

After Chloe and James welcomed their daughter, her husband took to Instagram to reveal their baby's name and praise his wife.
He wrote: "Welcome to the world my beautiful daughter Bodhi Rae Georgia Haskell. yes I cried like a baby when she came out.
"I knew love but not like this! I finally understand what people have been banging on about when they talk about having children.
"To my mega wife @madeleychloe you have given me the best gift anyone could ever ask for. You were a proper machine during this period and are a natural born mum. To be fair you have had a lot of experience looking after me."
He added: "Watching you with Bodhi is the best thing. You are already amazing. I love you."
