Chloe Ferry enjoyed an early morning dip in the North Sea with a pal this weekend, telling her army of social media followers that the experience made her feel "amazing".
The reality TV star, 27 - who is best known for appearing on Geordie Shore - took to Instagram to document her morning, which included taking a short dip in the sea.
She teased the activity by writing in a post: "Good morning. Time to jump into the sea". Chloe later shared updates from the beach, including footage of herself in the water.
The Celebrity Big Brother alum was accompanied by her pal Maeve Mathieson. The pair - who run a beauty salon together in Newcastle - were up early for the outing.

Chloe wrote about the experience in a post this morning, alongside a photo of herself and her pal at the beach. She showcased her toned figure in a black crop top and shorts.
It appeared that she opted to cover up a little bit for the actual dip in the sea though, as footage showed Chloe heading into the water wearing a pair of khaki leggings.
She wrote in her post: "Normally on a Saturday morning I would be waking up hungover. But not today! Me and Maeve got up at 6am and went for a dip in the North Sea."
"Let me tell you it was f***ing freezing but the benefits of doing this are certainly true! I feeling amazing, my mental health feels amazing and I'm ready to have the best Saturday ever.
Chloe shared footage of them heading into the sea and a clip of them during the dip. She also posted a video of them emerging from the water, teasing: "I've got frostbite".
She had posted a video from the beach, ahead of the dip, in which she said they had arrived at around 7.30am. Describing the conditions, she said: "It's absolutely bitter".
Discussing their plans, she had said: "Gonna do a little bit of cardio along the beach and then we're gonna go in the sea." They had hoped to do a minute and a half in the sea.
