Chinese 'spy balloon' hard to shoot down

The first Chinese surveillance balloon that the United States has found flying over sensitive military sites in Montana may be guided by advanced artificial intelligence technology, an expert says.

A second Chinese surveillance balloon was later spotted over Latin America, the Pentagon said on Friday, without specifying its exact location.
