The News Lens Japan (Yokohama City, Kanagawa, President: Isao Matsumura, hereinafter referred to as TNLJ) and China Airlines (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, Branch President: Chang Horng-Jong) are gearing up for post-Covid tourism industry, regularly providing local travel information of Taiwan on China Airlines’ Instagram.
The spread of Covid in recent years has changed the form of independent travel, the evolution of global social media, and has also brought in different mediums for the public to receive travel related information. The importance of disseminating information through social media has once again been made clear to all of us.
Due to a drastic decline in international travel during the pandemic, platforms and opportunities to access local travel information in Taiwan (despite a re-opening of its border in the near future) have also sharply decreased.
Thus, with bases in major tourist cities in both Taiwan and Japan, abundant flight routes between two countries and active expansion of its tourism promotion strategy, China Airlines collaborates with TNLJ, which is rich in tourism content, social media management experiences, and is launching multi-media strategies in Japan, to bring out this project on Instagram.
China Airlines and TNLJ will give full play to their respective strengths, providing as-yet-unknown and in-depth Taiwan tourism information on Instagram, satisfying more frequent needs of all travelers as borders reopen.
China Airlines・The News Lens Japan Instagram Collaboration Project
