A nursery has been shut down following a 'devastating' Ofsted inspection despite the owners pushing back at much of the criticism.
The owners of Channings Childcare in Rochdale are planning to sell the premises off the back of the scathing report.
Inspectors found that some children at the nursery were "extremely distressed" and that staff had failed to recognise "serious concerns about children", Manchester Evening News reported.
