The Kansas City Chiefs have pulled the trigger on a trade for WR Tyreek Hill.
According to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Hill is set to be traded to the Miami Dolphins. A former 2015 fifth-round draft pick, Hill spent the last six seasons terrorizing defenses in AFC West and now he heads to the AFC east to do the same. A six-time Pro Bowler, four-time All-Pro and member of the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade team. Hill leaves Kansas City as one of the most accomplished players in franchise history. He played a pivotal role in helping the team reach and win Super Bowl LIV, with memorable plays such as Jet Chip Wasp.
The Chiefs will receive four draft picks in return for Hill including three in the 2022 NFL draft (No. 29, No. 50 and a 4th round pick). They’ll also receive future fourth and sixth-round picks in the 2023 NFL draft per Schefter’s report.
