The Super Bowl champs are getting another top receiver for quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans worked overnight to finalize a deal that will send DeAndre Hopkins to the undefeated leaders of the AFC West.

Hopkins, 32, has 15 catches on 21 targets in six games for the Titans. In his first season with Tennessee, he had 75 catches. for 1,057 yards.
