Kansas City Chiefs players begin mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, but they’re back in the building a day early for a very special reason.
Just as they did last season, Kansas City is holding its media production day for the 2023 NFL season before the team’s mandatory minicamp begins. It’s a fun day for the players as the team shoots all of the production photos and videos for the upcoming season.
These pieces of media will be used for NFL and the team’s own promotional materials. They’ll get everything from headshots for roster photos, pregame player introduction videos, photos for team promo print materials, partnerships and more.
It’s an especially exciting day for Chiefs fans as they will get a sneak peek at some of the newest members of the team wearing their full uniforms and pads for the first time.
