Chiefs cancel media availability out of respect for Bills S Damar Hamlin

The Kansas City Chiefs will not hold their usual media availability as the practice week gets underway on Tuesday.

Like many teams around the league, the Chiefs have opted to cancel their regularly-scheduled media availability in a show of solidarity for the Buffalo Bills organization and S Damar Hamlin. Hamlin, 24, suffered a cardiac arrest following a hit during “Monday Night Football” against the Bengals. CPR was administered and Hamlin’s heartbeat was restored on the field. He was transported to a local hospital in Cincinnati for treatment, where he currently remains in critical condition.
