Saturday Night Live (SNL) UK host Amelia Dimoldenberg has mocked singer Ed Sheeran over the row which saw Macklemore dropped as his support act.
The comedy sketch show returned to screens with Chicken Shop Date Amelia Dimoldenberg as its host, who included a hit against Sheeran in her opening monologue.
Dimoldenberg told the audience that she was "incredibly privileged to have done so many interviews with the like of Idris Elba, Cher and even a world-famous red-headed puppet with a hand up his arse telling him what to say".
An image of Dimoldenberg and Elmo from Sesame Street showed on the screen, with Dimoldenberg adding: "No, the other one."

The image changed to a picture from her Chicken Shop Date episode with Sheeran.
It comes after all of the support acts for the singer’s current The Loop tour announced they were dropping out of the remaining dates after Macklemore, whose real name is Benjamin Haggerty, was removed from the line-up over comments he made about Gaza.
Sheeran played his first show since the row last week, where he said he had questioned whether he “wanted to be an artist at all” following the spat.
The English singer said he had tried in the past not to be a “political commentator” because he wanted his shows to be about “unity”.
“I cannot hide how I feel about it anymore,” he said.
“What happened in Israel and at the Nova music festival on October 7 was horrific and compounded centuries of Jewish pain.
“What is happening in Gaza is catastrophic and unjustifiable and disproportionate. My heart has been broken by the scale of devastation and loss of civilians’ lives, children’s lives.
“And the systemic injustice we are seeing unfold in the West Bank cannot be overlooked.”
He also said that he is “deeply worried” about the idea that venues should “pre-approve” content, adding: “This happens in so many places that I perform around the world, but it should never happen in the free world.”
The statement was met with backlash, with critics taking issue with his sincerity.
Irish singer Aaron Rowe, Grammy award-winning musician Finneas, who is Billie Eilish’s brother, and Danish singer Lukas Graham, as well as Sheeran’s backing band Beoga, all dropped out of the remaining dates following the rapper’s removal.
