A former Chick-fil-A worker says a workplace accident left her with a concussion, vision problems, and thousands of dollars in medical debt. She shared her story in a TikTok video that has gained attention online.

The woman, who posts under the name Mac Daddy Mei, worked at a Chick-fil-A location in Cascade, near Atlanta, Georgia. She said the incident happened on May 7, 2026, during her shift. The caption of her video read: “Chick fil a ruined my life with there negligence.”
