In a separate incident on Chicago's West Side, a mass shooting at Poppy's Chat Room café claimed the life of a 19-year-old woman and left four others injured, including two teenage girls and two young women.
Furthermore, a 16-year-old boy lost his life in the Austin neighborhood after being gunned down on a sidewalk. Three other men were wounded in the same shooting, which involved two suspects opening fire on the group before fleeing the scene.
