Chhattisgarh: Chemist kills girl, arrested after four days before he could dispose of body

RAIPUR: A medical shop owner killed a 24-year-old girl and kept her body in his shop for four days waiting for an opportunity to dispose of it. Searching for the missing girl, police traced her last mobile location and reached the spot, leading to the arrest of the accused in Bilaspur city in Chhattisgarh.

Police have registered a case against accused Ashish Sahu, 27, under Section 302 for murder and are taking further action, said Bilaspur city kotwali station house officer (SHO) Pradeep Arya. Besides running a medical store, the accused was into share market business and online submission of applications of candidates preparing for various competitive examinations.
