Chhattisgarh: Chaos at crowded Telibandha Lake in Raipur after car catches fire

RAIPUR Chhattisgarh

RAIPUR: Chaos unfolded near Telibandha Lake in the heart of Raipur, Chhattisgarh's capital, during the Kartik Purnima festivities and Gurunanak Jayanti celebrations on Monday evening when a car caught fire.

The bustling hub around Telibandha Lake experienced a standstill in traffic around 6:30 PM, as a car erupted in flames. Surprisingly, the fire brigade, located just two km away, arrived only after bystanders had managed to douse the flames using water from the nearby lake.
