NEW DELHI: Uganda's reigning Olympic 10,000m champion Joshua Cheptegei expectedly won the men's elite race with a sub-60-minute time but below the course record, while Ethiopia's Alemaddis Eyayu pushed pre-race favourite Cynthia Limo behind for a surprise title triumph in the women's section at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) - a World Athletics Gold Label Road Race - here on Sunday.
