The 48 hour declarations for the Cheltenham Festival have been released and with it a tightening of the odds for runners ahead of day 1 on Tuesday.
Despite doubts being raised over a few of the would-be bankers such as Facile Vega (2/1) and in the Supreme Novices' and Energumene (7/4) in the Champion Chase, due to a disappointing recent run, many punters have still backed the two Mullins chargers as they both featuring in BoyleSports top-6 best backed horses.
At the forefront of the short priced runners is Gold Cup favourite Galopin Des Champs, he's also the best backed horse of the entire event according to Boylesports.

Despite impressing when he romped to victory in the Irish Gold Cup, he has yet to prove his has the endurance to survive the trails and tribulations of Prestbury Park. Neverthless Willie Mullins may have the bookies flirting with a multi-million euro payout.
Boylesports spokesperson Sharon McHugh revealed, "This has been our busiest ante post market ever. If Galopin de Champs comes home with the rest of the Willie Mullins favourites, we are looking at a huge liability and likely one of the biggest risks the business has faced since Annie Power in the Mares Hurdle, before she fell at the final hurdle."
Nicky Henderson's star runner Constitution Hill is very much the favourite at 1/3 in the Champion Hurdle followed by State Man at 3/1. The Mares Hurdle has both Nicky Henderson’s Marie’s Rock and Henry De Bromhead’s Honeysuckle at 3/1 with another Henderson challenger Epatante at 4/1.
Other well backed runners include Gordon Elliott’s Delta Work (Evs) in the Cross Country Chase, Mullins’ Lossiemouth (7/4) in the Triumph Hurdle and Nicky Henderson’s Jonbon (now 13/8 joint favourite with El Fabiolo) in the Arkle Chase.
