Mykhailo Mudryk insists Chelsea remain the best team in London despite Arsenal being favourites to win the Premier League title this season.

The winger was Gunners boss Mikel Arteta's key transfer target in January and looked set to become the club's record transfer before Chelsea launched a successful 11th-hour bid to bring him to west London.
