Chelsea this afternoon resume their Premier League campaign against Aston Villa in the first of 11 games to salvage their season.
Graham Potter’s side stuttered to a draw against Everton before the international break, a disappointing result given the Blues had looked to have turned a corner.

Still, they could perhaps use their remaining games to fine-tune ahead of the Champions League quarter-final clash with Real Madrid. In many ways, it feels like 2012 all over again and Blues supporters need little reminding of what happened back then.
Villa, however, aren’t to be taken lightly. Unai Emery has yielded an almighty improvement out of the team he inherited from Steven Gerrard and they are a dangerous prospect these days.
