Chelsea have been extremely busy in the January transfer window already. And they show no sign of slowing down. So with that in mind, here's your morning Chelsea transfer round-up from football.london on Sunday, January 22.
Boehly prepares improved Caicedo offer
Chelsea are reportedly lining-up a fresh offer in the region of £65million for Brighton star Moises Caicedo. The Blues saw their initial £55million bid rejected for the Ecuador international last week but Todd Boehly is not expected to give up on acquiring Caicedo’s services.
Now, after seeing their first attempt turned down, Chelsea are set to test Brighton's resolve regarding Caicedo with an improved bid. That's according to the Mirror, who claim the Blues will launch another raid for one of Brighton's key assets with an offer in the region of £65million.
The report claims there's hope the value will be enough to tempt the Seagulls in allowing Caicedo to make the switch following Roberto De Zerbi's comments on Friday.

Ziyech offered for Barcelona star
Chelsea have offered Hakim Ziyech in the transfer package proposed for Barcelona wantaway star Franck Kessie. The Ivory Coast international has struggled to nail down a place in Xavi's squad since his free transfer from AC Milan and has been linked with a move away.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, Chelsea are ready to offer the Moroccan as part of their attempts to sign Kessie this month. Barcelona are reportedly keen on signing Ziyech after falling down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
It's not the first time the Blues have utilised Ziyech's services in a transfer offer, with reports insisting he was offered to Tottenham as part of their bid for Yves Bissouma.
Striker prodigy ends Chelsea speculation
Chelsea have missed out on the signing of one of Europe's most coveted players in Youssoufa Moukoko. Newcastle and Barcelona were said to have joined the Blues in monitoring the prodigy's development in Germany after he earned a name for himself with an astonishing goalscoring record at youth level
Dortmund confirmed on Saturday afternoon that the striker had penned a new deal at Signal Iduna Park, keeping him at the club until 2026. "It's no secret that I feel comfortable at BVB. I have played in the youth teams, taken my first steps in professional football here and now I'm ready to take the next step in my development together with the club," Moukoko said.
"I sense the trust of the coaching staff and have an environment here in which I can develop perfectly. I have of course been honoured by the interest from other clubs but ultimately, it's a decision from the heart. The fans have always supported me, and I want to give them and the club something back too."

Mount contract relies on Liverpool interest
Liverpool remain interested in Chelsea star Mason Mount after contract extension talks were halted with the Blues due to wage demands. The England international sees his current deal expire in 2024 and talks regarding fresh terms were discussed before the World Cup began in November but no significant progress was made.
This is perhaps where the disagreements lie as Mount, understandably after seeing Reece James and Ben Chilwell sign lucrative deals, would have likely requested a rise in his weekly wages, but Chelsea are perhaps not as keen to agree to those terms as they once were.
Extension talks stalling alerted Liverpool at the time and nearly three months on, despite a slight drop off in his performances, the Reds' interest remains. However, there is one slight different now as The Guardian are reporting that Chelsea are now stepping up their attempts to agree new terms for Mount.
