Your morning Chelsea transfer round-up on Friday, January 20.
Caicedo bid
Todd Boehly has learned whether Chelsea have been successful or not in their mission to sign Moises Caicedo. The 21-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge following the appointment of his former boss Graham Potter.
According to The Athletic, the Blues have seen a £55million offer for the Ecuador international rejected. It's said that the Seagulls have no interest in letting Caicedo leave in January despite the midfielder having already admitted that he's open to joining the west Londoners.
Chelsea are said to be in the market for a midfielder this month amid the increasingly uncertain futures of N'Golo Kante and Jorginho, who both see their contracts expire in the summer. The former has endured an injury-ridden campaign while the latter has struggled for form, so Caicedo has been identified as a potential solution to Graham Potter's problem.

Advanced Madueke talks
Chelsea are in advanced talks with PSV over a deal for Noni Madueke worth around £35million, football.london understands. The Blues opened talks for the signing of the 20-year-old last week, but the Dutch giants were adamant they were not going to sell Madueke.
However, there has been a breakthrough and Chelsea are close to agreeing a deal with a package worth around €40million (£35million) for the former Tottenham youngster's signature. A source has told football.london that talks intensified on Thursday afternoon and now a deal is close to being struck for the winger.
The English winger will fly to London very soon to undergo a medical with the Blues, with Madueke set to become Chelsea's sixth signing of the January transfer window following the announcement of Mykhailo Mudryk at the weekend.
Porro ultimatum
Sporting coach Ruben Amorim has sent a message to Chelsea and Tottenham amid speculation that star player Pedro Porro could leave the club this window. The former Manchester City wing-back has come onto the radar of both clubs as both Antonio Conte and Graham Potter look to strengthen their backline.
Speaking on Thursday, he said: "I can't guarantee anything. It doesn't seem to me that he will leave. To leave at this moment, he has to leave due to the clause. That is the knowledge I have.
"If he leaves, it has to be because of the clause. Either there is a club that exceeds the clause and Porro wants to leave or he will not leave in January."
