Former Tottenham player Jamie O'Hara believes that Chelsea boss Graham Potter could face losing his job if he doesn't improve results in the next three games, urging co-owner Todd Boehly to make a decision on his future. It comes as pressure continues to mount on the head coach after a poor run of form.
The Blues have just two wins in their last 15 Premier League games this season, leaving them 10th in the table and drifting towards an anticlimactic end to the campaign. Following on from defeat to Southampton, the Blues make the short trip across London to face Tottenham, where Potter is eyeing a response from his squad.
"We need a strong performance and we need three points," the head coach said ahead of the clash. "It's a fantastic game. I'll be missing Antonio [Conte] and I wish him a speedy recovery. It's a game we're really looking forward to, training has been really good, the response from the players has been really good. So we're looking forward to the game."

While the message surrounding the future of Potter seems to be around the fact he will be given time to get the project off the ground, only results will be able to back up his claim that he is the right man for the job. For O'Hara, he believes that the timeline should be much shorter over a decision on the manager's future, claiming that the next three games could be crucial.
He told TalkSPORT: "Graham Potter's next three games. He's got Tottenham, which is massive, then he's got Leeds and then he's got Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League. If he doesn't get three big results, I think he could go. Chelsea fans don't agree with me, Jason Cundy keeps saying 'no, no, there'd be no point sacking him'. I'm telling you, he loses them next three games, he's gone."
Should the next three games be crucial to Potter, it would be an ultimatum to the board over his job during a difficult period of transition. It remains to be seen whether he will be able to turn things around in a season with little left to play for, but it appears as though pressure is building as form continues to be at rock bottom.
