Chelsea are expected to be one of the busiest clubs in the transfer window once again in the summer. The Blues have dominated the previous two windows since Todd Boehly's £4.25billion takeover with over £600m spent on new signings.
The mass overhaul of the playing squad hasn't produced the results on the pitch as of yet, with Chelsea on course to record their joint-worst Premier League season.
Whilst the change in management - twice - hasn't helped, certain individuals have failed to hit the heights required of them this season and the rumour-mill has already started linking many of the club's players with a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Mason Mount looks set to leave the club at the end of the season after a failure to agree new terms. The Cobham graduate has been linked with a move to Liverpool and Arsenal in recent months, with his future looking likely to be away from SW6.
According to Betfair, Mount joins N'Golo Kante and Hakim Ziyech as the three likeliest players to leave the club this summer. The bookmaker has the trio odds-on to end their Chelsea career with their future unclear.
Kante's contract expires at the end of the season and is yet to sign a new deal. football.london understands that talks between the midfielder and the club are progressing well despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain.
In Ziyech's case, the Moroccan has seemed destined to leave Chelsea for some time after never really becoming a regular since his arrival from Ajax. The winger came close to a temporary move to PSG in January but failed to secure a move to France due to a paperwork issue.
There's expected to be a mass exodus of departures in the summer, but these three seem likely to be the most certain.
