Chelsea star Christian Pulisic frustrated with lack of game time as two Serie A giants eye move

Chelsea star Christian Pulisic is being tracked by Serie A giants AC Milan and Juventus as the USA international attempts to seek regular game time elsewhere.

Since arriving at Stamford Bridge, the former Borrusia Dortmund star has failed to impress over a significant sample size of games and simply hasn't lived up to his £58 million price tag.

Pulisic certainly has plenty of quality, capable of beating multiple players through the use of dribbling and speed, but the inconsistencies in decision making inside the final third have ultimately let him down time and time again.

Under Thomas Tuchel, the 23-year-old has struggled to cement a regular first-team place because of the aforementioned reasons, featuring in just twenty-two Premier League games last season, and the player himself has recently said that he is frustrated with the lack of game time.

"Of course, I want to get more playing time. I want to be on the field as much as I can and be the sharpest I can be and fit as well," he said.

"I think I still got a lot of games. But it's always something that I'm working at and trying to be regular at club level as well to put myself in the best position to be fit when I come here with my national team."

It is therefore clear that Pulisic needs to explore options outside of Stamford Bridge in order to attain consistent first-team minutes, and if recent reports are to be believed, it appears that he is attracting strong interest from Italy.

According to the Daily Mail, Milan and Juventus are interested in acquiring his signature, but both clubs are only willing to do a deal at a cut-price fee.

Certainly, the experience Pulisic has gained despite only being 23 years old will be an attractive trait to clubs who are intrigued by his profile.

Whether he manages to secure a move remains to be seen, and it will be interesting to see how his situation develops during this summer's transfer window.
