Chelsea have relieved Graham Potter of his duties, with the decision being taken after the Blues' defeat to Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon.
The sacking also saw Potter's assistant Billy Reid leave the club but many of Potter's staff that he brought with him from Brighton remain. One such figure is Bruno Saltor, with the Spanish former full-back having been a coach at the club since Potter's arrival from East Sussex in November.
He has been installed as caretaker manager while number of names have been linked with taking over from Potter including early frontrunner Julian Nagelsmann. However, Bruno's job is not to focus on those figures, instead keeping an eye on a number of crucial fixtures coming up for the club as they seek to salvage success in the final few matches of the campaign.

The Blues remain in contention for the Champions League despite their recent struggles, but face the huge task of facing Real Madrid over two legs with the goal of qualifying for the semi-final. The Premier League, meanwhile, poses an uphill struggle to salvage any success as they sit five points behind qualification for European football.
However, with the club having a rich history of success for caretaker bosses, with Roberto Di Matteo's 2012 Champions League win remembered fondly, there could yet be some happiness after a disappointing season for the Blues.
