Graham Potter has secured his first January addition for Chelsea after an agreement for David Datro Fofana was announced by the club.
The 20-year-old will link up with the Blues from January 1 and will further bolster the side's attacking options following the injury suffered by Armando Broja earlier this year.
A lifelong Chelsea fan, the forward has scored a whopping 17 goals in just 29 appearances so far this season, and is thought to have cost owner Todd Boehly around £10million.

Chelsea released a statement confirming the signing of Fofana on their official website. The statement read: "Chelsea FC has reached a pre-agreement with Molde FK for the transfer of David Datro Fofana. The 20-year-old striker will join the Blues on 1 January 2023. We look forward to welcoming David to the club!"
Chelsea safely returned to Premier League action with an impressive 2-0 win over Bournemouth yesterday evening, with goals from Kai Havertz and Mason Mount ensuring the triumph at Stamford Bridge.
With a busy January period, and with a further setback dealt the way of Reece James as of late, the Blues will hope to build further momentum and chase down a top four spot come the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
The arrival of Fofana gives Potter, another attacking option while the likes of Ben Chilwell, Mateo Kovacic and Hakim Ziyech are now back in contention. Chelsea take on Nottingham Forest on New Year's Day and while it is not yet known whether Fofana will feature in that match, Potter's first-choice starting XI could look a little different with the new signing involved.
Graham Potter's DREAM Chelsea starting XI: Kepa; James, Koulibaly, Silva, Cucurella; Jorginho, Kovacic, Mount; Sterling, Fofana, Havertz.
