Footage has emerged of Christian Pulisic celebrating USMNT's 2-0 win over Canada as they won the CONCACAF Nations League. Following a 3-0 semi-final thrashing of Mexico, BJ Callaghan's side were able to record a second consecutive Nations League trophy.
First half goals from Chris Richards and an opening senior international goal for Folarin Balogun did the job for USA as they bounced back from an uncertain six months off the pitch.
With Gregg Berhalter appointed as the new head coach following his departure after the Qatar World Cup, a total US Soccer shake up has seen many positions left empty for months as the country prepares to get planning for the path towards hosting the 2026 competition.
For now, though, all focus is on the Nations League and the immediate joy as Balogun, Pulisic and their teammates all settled in for a night of jubilation. As well as dancing in the changing rooms, new angles of celebrations have been posted online.
In a livestream on Instagram, Balogun is seen along with a host of his new teammates including Weston McKennie, Yunus Musah and Antonee Robinson with the Nations League trophy, winners medals and plenty of bottles of drink.
In the most surprising event captured, Pulisic is seen being dragged along the floor while being pushed into a set of bottles arranged like bowling pins. As he is projeted into the bottles, knocking most of them over, he goes feet first into the wall before standing up and joining in the celebrations once again.

Pulisic captained his side to victory and helped to lead the way against Mexico with two goals. He now has the honour of leading his country to two major titles and also delivered what was required after going into the game without integral midfielder Weston McKennie.
The Juventus man, who spent the second half of the season on loan at Leeds, was sent off in the fiery win over Mexico after rushing in to defend Balogun, who had been kicked out at. He was suspended for the match but delivered a passionate speech after the game, pushing his teammates on.
"I just wanted to say, I'm sure Serge [Serginio Dest] also, I'm sorry from the bottom of our hearts literally," he said to the dressing room.
"We have solutions for everything, this whole f****** team, everyone that's in here, that's what f****** matters. I have complete faith in every single one of you players that we're going to lift another f****** trophy come the 18th. Then we can celebrate even harder."
As McKennie had predicted, and as Pulisic promised himself with a quick teamtalk after the game, USA were victorious against Canada and certainly marked it with bigger celebrations.
"Be humble with it guys. Enjoy tonight, enjoy tonight but we want to go and win the final," Pulisic told the side last week. "We're here to beat Canada." Beat Canada they did and now attention can slowly linger on enjoying the moment before Gold Cup action against Jamaica calls.
