Liverpool may have won the Carabao Cup final, but that does not mean they are better than Chelsea.
In fact, call me crazy, but I believe that the Blues are right on par with Liverpool. The two teams have been at a stalemate all season. This season's first meeting ended in a 1-1 draw, whereas their second ended in 2-2. The Carabao Cup final was the match to decide which manager would ultimately come out on top.
Liverpool has the claim to the throne, but the 0-0 result tells us that there is more to it than meets the eye.
