The pre-sale for an open training session between Chelsea and Wrexham in Cary, North Carolina this summer is now open.
Chelsea will kick off their US tour with a trip to North Carolina where they will take on newly promoted to League Two, Wrexham in the FC Series. The two sides will meet on Wednesday, July 19 at the Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill and although tickets for the game have sold out, fans can get a closer look the day before with a ticket to the open training session.
Chelsea's session gets underway on Tuesday, July 18 at 6.30pm ET, while their opponents will take to the field at 5pm. New man in charge, Mauricio Pochettino will also see his squad stop at Atlanta, Maryland, Philadelphia and Chicago where they will take on Brighton, Newcastle, Fulham and Borussia Dortmund in what promises to be a summer of change for the West London club.
Wrexham will be heading into their pre-season on a high after clinching promotion to League Two following an intense battle with Notts County, and their US tour is yet another milestone following the huge success of their take-over by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.
