Chelsea: Only season ticket holders will be able to attend Premier League game as ticket details emerge

Chelsea have confirmed only season ticket holders will be able to attend the rest of the Premier League games this season.

Following the sanction imposed by the UK Government on owner Roman Abramovich, the club have been granted a special licence under which to operate before a takeover is concluded.

A statement released by the club on Tuesday confirmed that only season ticket holders would be able to attend their remaining League games, while 1800 tickets will be allocated for the away leg of their Champions League quarter-final meeting with Real Madrid.

Ticket sales will continue as normal for the home leg against the La Liga giants, as well as their away trip to Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday April 9.

The same goes for the FA Cup semi-final meeting with Crystal Palace.

Tickets for Chelsea Women’s WSL game with Reading at Kingsmeadow on April 9 will go on sale on Wednesday.
