Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is obsessed with beating Manchester City and Liverpool to the signing of Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund, according to reports.
Bellingham has been a star performer for England at the World Cup and was particularly impressive in the 6-2 victory over Iran where he scored on his tournament debut. The Sun is currently reporting that the 19-year-old is on the radar of Chelsea who are keen to pip their Premier League rivals to the midfielder.
Real Madrid are also thought to be interested in the midfielder who started his career at Birmingham City. However, it is expected that Dortmund will command a fee of £130m for his services.

Unlike their contract with Erling Haaland, there is no release clause in Bellingham's deal. This means that any club wishing to sign the midfielder will be needing to fork out plenty of money for him.
Bellingham is under contract until 2025 at the Signal Iduna Park. Elsewhere, Championship side Queen's Park Rangers are believed to be targeting City EDS head coach Brian Barry-Murphy as their new manager.
QPR are currently on the lookout for a new boss after their manager Michael Beale left London to join Rangers this week. Beale had previously rejected a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers due to 'loyalty' towards the second-tier club.
According to the Daily Mail, Barry-Murphy is on QPR's radar having been impressed with his performance as coach of the EDS since being appointed to the position last summer. The 44-year-old has overseen the development of some of City's most exciting young talents this season including Rico Lewis, Josh Wilson-Esbrand and Carlos Borges.
Barry-Murphy was previously the manager of Rochdale in the EFL and he impressed with his ability to work with younger players, aiding their development.
