It’s been a whirlwind few days for those of a Chelsea persuasion since the weekend’s defeat to Aston Villa.
Just over a day after the full-time whistle blew in West London, the announcement came from owner Todd Boehly that Graham Potter had been moved on just six months into a five-year deal. The search is now on for his successor with Julian Nagelsmann and Marco Silva emerging as early frontrunners.

Tuchel reacts to Potter sacking
Thomas Tuchel admits Chelsea have changed massively in recent months as Graham Potter became the latest Blues boss to be axed. The German was sacked back in September and was replaced by the former Brighton coach.
Asked how he felt upon hearing the news, he suggested that Chelsea was not the same club that he previously managed. "I saw the news very late last night [Sunday],” Tuchel said.
“The timing coincided with my appointment here. I really enjoyed working there and formed friendships for life. But the club has changed a lot, so it didn't really trigger big emotions in me."

Bruno reveals private Potter chat
Chelsea interim boss Bruno Saltor has opened up on a private chat he had with Potter shortly after being entrusted with preparations for Tuesday evening’s game.
"I just spoke to Graham five minutes ago," he told reporters during his pre-match press conference. "Obviously it has been a difficult 24 hours for all of us, the staff and families and now we have to live with the situation."
Chelsea will be aiming to get back into the top-half of the Premier League as they take on the Reds in West London.

Chelsea seal £20m transfer
Away from the managerial merry-go-round at Stamford Bridge, it appears that the recruitment team are still hard at work. The Blues have reportedly sealed the signing of Ecuadorian wonderkid Kendry Paez.
As reported by Sky Sports News less than an hour before Potter's sacking, Chelsea have agreed a deal in principle to buy Paez for £20m and beat the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Bayer Leverkusen and Real Madrid to his signature.
Although the deal is yet to be finalised, it is expected to go through. Paez is one of the most exciting young players in South America, with critics describing him as a "generational talent" and comparing him to Endrick - the 16-year-old Brazilian who is set to join Real.
