Raheem Sterling steps up recovery from hamstring injury
Chelsea summer signing Raheem Sterling has stepped up his recovery from a hamstring injury ahead of the Blues' clash against Fulham next week. Sterling has not featured since the Premier League defeat against his former side Manchester City at the start of 2023.
Now the 28-year-old winger looks set to be in contention to make a return alongside James and Chilwell against the Cottagers after taking the next step in his rehabilitation. Chelsea confirmed the England international has returned to the grass to take part in some light individual training with a view to join his teammates in full training next week.

Lyon release Malo Gusto transfer statement
Chelsea have suffered a blow in their January pursuit of Lyon star Malo Gusto after a statement from club president Jean-Michel Aulas revealed that the 19-year-old will not be leaving this month.
In a statement on Twitter, Aulas wrote: "Since I am actively participating with Vincent Bruno Laurent in this great winter movement, I have the pleasure of confirming the team on KTE but also of specifying that Malo, a great hope for OL, will continue to play with OL in less until 06/30/23."
Arsenal given huge £50m opportunity to complete crucial transfer as Amadou Onana snubs Chelsea
Arsenal have been handed a huge boost in the race to sign Everton star Amadou Onana. The 21-year-old has been heavily linked with an exit from Everton following the sacking of Frank Lampard.
With Chelsea in the market for a midfielder, the Blues were said to be contemplating ' whether or not to try and take advantage ' of the ensuing crisis at Goodison Park. But, it's transpired that the Gunners are just as keen to secure the Belgium international's signature this month as Mikel Arteta looks to bolster his side ahead of a Premier League title charge.
And, if reports from his homeland are to be believed, Onana has gifted Arsenal a free run at exacting their Mykhailo Mudryk revenge on Chelsea. According to Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad, the Blues are confident that they can agree a deal with the Toffees for the £50million-rated youngster.
