Jude Bellingham £150m transfer problem
Speaking on talkSPORT Weekend Breakfast, former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino said: “He’s [Bellingham] the most exciting one out there and he seems to have all of the attributes to be a terrific player in the way that Liverpool play. Let’s get it right, if he keeps progressing in the way that he is, every club in the country and abroad will want him at the very highest level. There will be ten of them!
“It won’t be like one club and they’re the only club chasing Jude Bellingham, it’ll be a lot. It’s already been said he’s worth £150million, but if he goes to the World Cup and he ends up shining and playing brilliantly, Borussia Dortmund will demand more.”
Borussia Dortmund slapped a £110million price tag on Bellingham over the summer and refused to enter talks with any clubs regarding the talented midfielder. The 19-year-old has three years left on his current deal with the Bundesliga outfit, but plenty of clubs including Chelsea are set to test Dortmund's resolve next summer with some huge bids likely to be submitted.

Christopher Nkunku 'happy' with Chelsea proposal
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed in his exclusive CaughtOffside column that Chelsea have sent RB Leipzig star Christopher Nkunku a proposal that the French forward is 'happy' with.
Romano said: “We’ve had a lot of stories about Christopher Nkunku in the last 24-48 hours. It’s normal, he’s a top player, and some big clubs are involved, so what’s really going on? From what I’m told, Nkunku has had a medical with Chelsea – it was not a personal medical, Chelsea staff were there, and it was for Chelsea Football Club."
Nkunku has already scored eight goals so far this season after registering a whopping 55 goal contributions in 52 appearances last term. Despite a medical already being completed and personal terms seemingly not being an issue, a deal is still far from being finalised.
“This doesn’t mean it’s a done deal, the medical took place a few weeks ago, and Chelsea have sent a proposal to the player, which he’s happy with. But with RB Leipzig, there is still work to do on an agreement.
"I’m told that Chelsea will try to discuss a fee with Leipzig, before activating the clause in June 2023; so it’s possible they will discuss different price tag or payment terms. As of now, Chelsea are pushing and are leading the race, also on the player’s side.”
Chelsea can repeat Gabriel Slonina transfer trick
Chelsea are interested in Colombia talent Jhon Duran as Todd Boehly looks to repeat a similar transfer trick which saw Gabriel Slonina join the Blues from Chicago Fire.
Speedy attacker Duran, 18, has just made his breakthrough into the national side after impressing in MLS with Chicago Fire, attracting interest from both Chelsea and Liverpool, according to The Sun.
Duran would command a fee around £10million plus add-ons. There would be no work permit issues either as Duran is now a full cap under new coach Nestor Lorenzo, having made his debut against Guatemala last week.
