Chelsea have 90 minutes to turn their Carabao Cup semi-final tie around, yet Liam Rosenior is placing his faith in a particular period of tonight’s second leg at the Emirates to be “massive” in extinguishing the deficit and reaching the final at Arsenal’s expense.
And with good reason. Both of the goals Chelsea scored in the 3-2 first leg defeat three weeks ago - each of them finished off by Alejandro Garnacho - came in the second half at Stamford Bridge and it is this section of the game that has allowed Chelsea to flourish of late.
