Chelsea have been handed a huge boost in their mission to land Andrey Santos a work permit. The 18-year-old joined the Blues from Brazilian second division side Vasco in the summer for £18million.
Santos has attracted attention on social media this month for his impressive displays at the South American Championship with Brazil Under-20s. The midfielder has led his nation by example, on and off the pitch.
While Santos has scored four goals in four games to keep Brazil's tournament dreams alive, he's proven why he's been entrusted with captaincy. The teenage sensation delivered a passionate half-time speech which inspired his side to a huge win over Argentina - after the video went viral on social media, Blues fans compared his leadership qualities to Chelsea icon John Terry.
