Frank Lampard is bidding to win his first game back as Chelsea coach - or pick up his first point since taking charge - as a trip to the south coast beckons. In-form Bournemouth could leapfrog the Blues with a victory and may also be heading into the match as favourites after all-but-securing their place in the Premier League next season.
Gary O'Neil's side have won four of their last five games to lift themselves out of the relegation top flight and are now looking up rather than down. Chelsea, on the other hand, are in no such position and haven't won since March, a run of games that spans three managers, nine matches and just four goals scored.
There are bigger challenges on the horizon too for Lampard and his squad with three of the league's top four still left to play, too. A win against Bournemouth would end any already unlikely relegation scenarios themselves, though, and would allow for some fresh blood to be given time in the squad.

Younger members of the already huge group - including Carney Chukwuemeka, Lewis Hall and Omari Hutchinson - have all been cast aside since the new year run and could find themselves back in the fold, but otherwise it's as they were with the availability.
Without Reece James and Mason Mount for the rest of the season and Kalidou Koulibaly nursing his own injury issues, Lampard will need to be creative to get the best out of the remaining group. For most of them it isn't an exaggeration to say that they are playing for their futures ahead of the expected Mauricio Pochettino appointment.
