Arsenal continue to push to sign Kai Havertz from Chelsea, and it’s a move that is likely to get the approval of Thierry Henry.
Havertz has two years left on his current deal at Stamford Bridge and no progress has been made over a new deal. Chelsea are open to selling the German this summer and would like to do so before June 30, so the sale can be included in the financial accounts for 2022/23 and help balance the books.
