Edouard Mendy is welcomed back to tonight’s Chelsea starting line-up for the Champions League clash with Dinamo Zagreb.
The Blues have been using Kepa Arrizabalaga as the No1 goalkeeper in recent weeks but a foot injury means he is on the sidelines for several days.
It follows a string of impressive performances from Kepa since wrestling the starting spot from Mendy, after he suffered a minor knee injury around the time of Thomas Tuchel’s sacking.

Mendy has since recovered and is part of a strong starting XI in the Champions League, despite top spot and qualifcation to the knockout stages already being secured.
Kalidou Koulibaly is back in the starting lineup after a fortnight on the sidelines with a minor knee injury, while Raheem Sterling seemingly starts at right wing-back with Ben Chilwell on the opposite flank.
Mateo Kovacic is out as the club manages tightness in his calf and in his absence Denis Zakaria makes his long-awaited debut, partnering Jorginho in midfield.
Starting XI: Mendy, Azpilicueta, Koulibaly, Chalobah, Sterling, Jorginho, Zakaria, Chilwell, Mount, Havertz, Aubameyang
Subs: Bettinelli, Silva, Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek, Broja, Ziyech, Gallagher, Cucurella
