Jamie Redknapp has encouraged Manchester United to make moves for Harry Kane and Mason Mount this summer, as well as two other Chelsea targets. The England duo both face increasingly uncertain futures at Tottenham and Chelsea respectively, with their contracts set to expire next summer.
Prior to the departure of Fabio Paratici in April, football.london understood that the Italian had been in contact with Kane's entourage to discuss fresh terms. It's said that the 29-year-old striker is open to discussing an extension but, as it stands, he's yet to commit his long-term future to the north Londoners.
As for Mount, football.london understands that the Blues have been in contact with Mount over a new deal, but they've only recently reopened talks. It's said that negotiations have been complicated, with the proposed length of contract and wage packet proving to be a significant hurdle.
