Inter Milan youngster Cesare Casadei is the latest player to be linked with a move to both Chelsea and Arsenal.
Italian outlet La Repubblica have claimed that both Premier League sides have made Inter offers for Casadei, although these have fallen short of the Nerazzuri's €20 million (£16.80 million) asking price. Still, it is said that the Blues are planning on making a new and improved bid for the 19-year-old, who has been compared to Paris Saint Germain star Marco Verratti by The Daily Mail.
Inter CEO Beppe Marotta has made it no secret of his admiration for the talented midfielder. Speaking to Italian broadcaster TR24 via SempreInter, Casadei said: "Today, he's a young talent."

"He still has a long way to go before he can become a top player, but we're very proud to have him with us. He's training with the first team. He's proving to be at a very good level."
"Right now, I can only talk about him in positive terms as he's above average for his age, and after that, a lot depends on him. It will depend on how he's able to map out his future because apart from the technical qualities, you also have to have the personal ones, which are often more important in football."
Thomas Tuchel's side have so far signed just two first-team players, splashing in excess of £80 million on commanding centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly and English attacker Raheem Sterling.
