Chelsea are hoping to sell a number of senior players in the summer transfer window as Todd Boehly looks to trim down the squad. Mauricio Pochettino is hoping to sign a new goalkeeper, central midfielder and striker - with further signings dependent on the number of outgoings ahead of next season.
The Blues finished 12th in the Premier League this season after taking just 44 points from 38 games. This was their lowest total since the 1987/88 campaign, when they were relegated from the English top flight.
Frank Lampard's spell as caretaker manager has come to an end after he won just one of his 11 games in charge - with Pochettino set to begin his role as manager on July 1. There is plenty of work to be done before then with many current players at Stamford Bridge at risk of being moved on - which could see Chelsea raise a significant amount of funds to reinvest in key areas of the squad.

As many as eight players could be sold this summer following Boehly's record £600million transfer spend in the last 12 months. With the transfer window set to open on June 14, football.london takes a look at the eight players that could raise as much as £205million - using CIES Football Observatory's price valuations.
Kepa Arrizabalaga, Cesar Azpilicueta, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Conor Gallagher and Mason Mount – could leave this summer, as well as Mateo Kovacic, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is expected to depart the club, though it is unclear whether the Blues would receive a transfer fee for his exit.
Pulisic looks set to leave the club after seeing his minutes in the first team limited throughout the 2022/23 season. The American winger has suffered with injuries and wanted to leave Stamford Bridge last summer.
The 24-year-old is valued at €40million (£35million) by CIES - though it is unclear whether the Blues would receive that fee ahead of next season with Pulisic seeming to be surplus to requirements. Gallagher has attracted interest from the likes of Newcastle and Liverpool ahead of the summer transfer window and is valued at €30million (£26million) - the same price as Kovacic who has been linked with a shock move to Manchester City.
Mount would be the most expensive sale this summer with Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal all registering an interest in signing the Cobham graduate, who is valued at £70million. The England international is said to prefer a move to Old Trafford with Erik ten Hag pushing to sign Mount as he plans to boslter his midfield options.
A new goalkeeper is on Pochettino's agenda this summer meaning one of Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy are expected to leave the club. Both goalkeepers are valued at €20million (£17.2million) with Inter Milan's Andre Onana heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge.
AC Milan have made contact with the Blues over a potential deal to sign Loftus-Cheek this summer, football.london understands. The midfielder is likely to be moved on after appearing to make an emotional goodbye gesture after the 1-1 draw against Newcastle last weekend and could bring in £13million.
Azpilicueta may have played his last game for the club as he enters the final 12 months of his contract. The club captain was close to leaving Chelsea last summer before extending his deal - but he could be moved on after his problems with injuries and lack of first team minutes.
Ziyech was close to joining Paris Saint-Germain on loan in January but a deal fell through at the 11th hour on deadline day. The Moroccan winger has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea and could be sold for a fee in the region of €15million (£13million).
